Having recently cemented a partnership with Microsoft to enhance the development and delivery of our Microsoft Azure cloud-based service offering, ServicePlus, this event was an opportunity for the ICD team better understand Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and how they are supporting companies realize their AI technology and digital transformation dreams.

Moreover, during the keynote speeches and panel discussions senior executives from different industries shared practical experience and discussed the new opportunities brought about by AI and big data. They also shared successful examples of how AI and big data has been utilized, through collaboration with Microsoft, to implement new intelligent solutions and services.

In his keynote speech, Alain Crozier, Senior Vice President of Microsoft Corporation and Chairman of the Greater China Region, also spoke of how organizations in China are focused on customer centricity, leveraging data and digitalizing products and services to rethink business models. Digital transformation through optimizing operations, empowering people, transforming products and engaging customers is being seen across sectors, especially in light of preparing for the ‘next normal’ in the post-Covid environment.

Microsoft is a key part of this transformation. Through their partnership model, they help companies advance innovation by solving AI and big data challenges faster and deeper.
