Going the Extra Mile at the ICD Sales Seminar


Go the Extra Mile – 5% extra makes 100% difference! 


This was the theme of our recent 2017 Sales Seminar, an event which brought together 60 ICD sales and management colleagues in Beijing for 2 days.


At ICD, our goal is to be our customers’ best service provider. So, how can we achieve this? We believe that one of the ways we can provide excellent customer service is by encouraging colleagues to take the initiative to go that little bit extra in every single service that we provide, from start to finish along the customer journey in ICD. By going the extra mile, we can go beyond what is expected of us and provide a superior customer experience.


This year’s sales seminar was a chance for colleagues to explore this theme further and be inspired about how to go the extra mile in work and in life. With each additional effort put in, we can build stronger, more meaningful relationships and gain more opportunities.


As well as learning and practising new skills, sharing success stories and challenges overcome (and yet to be), the event was also a chance for our sales teams from India, Singapore, Hong Kong and across China to get together, network and have fun!
