Global Client Support Specialist - Shanghai


Main Responsibilities:


- Take care of hotline incoming service calls professionally from customers covered China, Hongkong,

Taiwan,India, Singapore, and America.

- Provide phone support professionally to solve basic problems about security system.

- Coordinate local CS staff to provide on-site service required by clients via email and phone in time,

and assure all service requirement are distributed and assigned on time.

- Record all service requirements in NetSutie system in time, and make sure all information recorded accuracy.

- Support client to manage their security system, such as proximity cards adding/canceling, badge cards

printing etc.





- Strong customer service sense and skills. 

- Good communication and coordination skill, a good team player with strong responsibility.

- Have a passion for customer service, and be able to work under pressure to deliver high quality and effective

service to our client.

- Good English(oral and written), can communicate with foreign customers.
