Convergint and ICD announce one customer service portal for client sites worldwide

 

We expect to be our customers’ best service provider! - Convergint Technologies and ICD Security Solutions (Convergint in APAC) have successfully completed an integration of our online customer service platforms iCare and NetSuite to provide customers with a single service portal for sites worldwide through iCare. The successful deployment of an integrated portal marks a significant milestone for Convergint as a global security service provider, providing a more efficient and automated approach to serving our customers globally.  

 


What are iCare and NetSuite?

 

iCare is Convergint’s web-based customer resource providing real time, online access to service and installation work orders, management reporting, and secured document-sharing, to provide easy collaboration between Convergint and the customer. 

 

NetSuite is a leading integrated cloud business software suite which ICD has been using as a centralized tool for multiple business operations for over 15 years, including for logging and managing service cases across APAC.
