Sales Coordinator – Hong Kong



Main Responsibilities:

·       High level support to team

·       Assist in documentation and drawings related works

·       Assist in sales related proposal work

·       Manage and maintain NetSuite system, and relevant sales database

·       Provide internal and external coordination support to account management team

·       Self-development in security related industry knowledge. Such as access control, video and alarm

·       Report to Sales manager/Senior manager



·       Diploma or above or equivalent

·       1-2 years of sales or relevant experience preferred

·       AutoCAD diagram drawing or a quick learner to master this tool

·       Proficiency in MS Office

·       Aggressive attitude, hardworking and eager to learn with a positive mindset

·       Good communications and interpersonal skills

·       Good spoken and written in Chinese, Mandarin and English

·       Immediate available is preferred

·       Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
