Operations Assistant - Tokyo

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Office operations support.
  • HR service.
  • Procurement and Logistics Process support
  • Support on the financial issues.
  • Filing, answering phone calls, and other administrative tasks as required.


  • Bachelor degree;
  • Detailed oriented, multi-taker;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively;
  • Ability to work as a member of the "team".
  • Willing to take responsibility
  • Good computer skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. •
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
