20 Years of ICD: What Have We Achieved?


The year 2019 marks ICD’s 20th year in business, a momentous achievement for the company and the team. Over the past two decades, ICD has grown from a small company to a leading name in the security service industry. Today, many of the world’s top companies trust in ICD to implement security solutions at their multimillion dollar sites across Asia. Our team has grown from a handful of people in one location to 450 colleagues across 38 locations in eight countries in APAC.

Colleagues & Culture

  • We have developed a strong company culture which promotes transparencycollaboration and excellence: our colleagues are proud to be part of ICD and are committed to being our customers’ best service provider.
  • Over 60 of our colleagues have been at ICD for 10+ years – that’s almost 15% of the ICD family!
  • We provide a wide range of internal and external training programs through ICD University to ensure that our colleagues continuously grow and develop.

Clients

  • We have over 500 existing clients and have implemented thousands of project across 17 countries in APAC.
  • Our clients are some of the largest, most prestigious companies in the world (and many of the fastest growing also!)
  • We have been working with some of our global clients for over 15 years: they, and other longstanding clients, come back to ICD year on year because of our reliable, high quality, customer-centric service.

Service

  • As part of Convergint Technologies, we offer clients a truly global platform with consistent service delivery across North America, EMEA and APAC.
  • Over the years, our services have expanded from traditional security system implementation and maintenance services, to onsite professionals, consulting services and advanced solutions.
  • Our ICD Service Operations Centers (iSOC) and our e-log app are just some examples of how we continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
