How to make a service call

Step 2  

 

Explain the issue to ICD’s call center and provide client name, site and any other information required

 

 

Step 3  

 

Case will be created and followed up until closed

 

 

Step 4  

 

All related case reports will be sent to client until the case is closed

Service cases resolution steps recorded by engineers onsite on log file or e-log

Engineer follows up with email to client about the case and resolution later that day
