SAM Assistant - Beijing

Major responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers on projects and assignments wherever necessary

Prepare quotations, change orders, project documentation and “kick off” package accurately and according to standards.

Participate in supplier trainings to improve security and technical knowledge

Support in coordination with internal and external clients, sub-contractors and related parties where appropriate. 

Work with Key Account Managers on data collection, price analysis, and problem solving for projects.

Work with different Key Account Manager to promote team work and achieve group objectives.

Manage the payment collection process including coordination with finance department.




Bachelor degree, major in Electronic, Security Engineer or Automation would be an advantage.

1-2 years’ work experience as sales assistant or other related business,preferably in a multinational environment.

Be able to use Auto CAD.

Good communication and coordination skills.


Good verbal and written skills in English.
