As we progress into Q4 of another year, the overall picture of ICD’s 2014 is beginning to take shape. One immediate and impressive development over the past 9 months has been the growth seen in India: 2014 has been ICD India’s best year to date.
Established in 2008, ICD India has developed progressively over the past 6 years but 2014 marks a huge achievement for the team due the size of and large number of projects undertaken. From clients such as global leaders in risk management and human resources, to worldwide logistics and trading firms as well as leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies and international gems researchers, many of ICD India’s projects have been signed with prestigious global companies. Seeking a high level of service and expertise, and encouraged by ICD’s coverage throughout the Asia Pacific region and in North America (as part of the Convergint Group), ICD has often been viewed as the preferred security integrator by companies’ security managers and key decision makers in the region.
In correlation with increased operations, the India team has continued to expand in terms head count and the solutions offered. ICD India’s operations now span across Bangalore, Pune and Delhi, where we have offices, with project and customer service teams in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad.
“It is essential to fully understand our client’s needs and provide the right solution for each case – this helps us maintain our strong client relationships,” comments India Operations Manager Ahron Francis. “We achieve this through our strong technical team and our committed, hardworking systems and customer service teams, focused on delivering on each and every project. In addition, we are backed up by a stable and solid support team who provide the assistance needed to complete projects. All of this helps our sales team approach clients with confidence.”
Senior Account Manager, Nitin Kulshrestha agrees remarking, “We have worked hard over the past few years to build strong relationships with both our clients and our suppliers, and I believe that this has been reflected in the success of 2014,”
Research shows that India’s security industry annual growth is set at 18% and is expected maintain this level of growth over the coming few years. With apt market conditions and a strong team, we hope that ICD India will continue to expand and develop, making 2015 another record breaking year.
