Sales Assistant - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities: 

 

- High level support to sales team. 

- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders. 

- Assist in preparing proposals. 

- Manage and maintain Netsuite system, and relevant sales database. 

- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing Department about Payment and Product issues. 

- Coordinate with System Department about troubleshooting and clients complain. 

- Translate documents when necessary. 

- Keep learningthe standard products and systems, modern security concepts and products available in the world market. 

 

Requirements: 

 

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation, etc. 

- 1-2 years work experience as sales assistant. 

- AutoCAD diagram drawing. 

- Familiar with Network, word, office, PPT, etc. 

- Security technical knowledge background is advantage. 

- Good English (oral and writing).

- Good Coordinating ability.
