Sales Assistant

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

- High level support to sales team.

- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.

- Assist in preparing proposals.

- Manage and maintain sales database.

- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing Department about Payment and Product issues.

 

Requirements:

 

- College degree or above.

- 1-2 years work experience as sales assistant. Fresh graduates are welcome.

- Familiar with word, Excel, PPT, etc.

- Good communication skills.

- Good at teamwork.

- 为销售团队提供高水平的支持。

- Auto CAD制图,准备报价和变更合同。

- 协助准备方案、标书。

- 管理和维护公司销售和客户的数据。

- 与财务部和采购部协调产品销售和付款等事宜。

 

职位要求:

 

- 大专以上学历, 电子, 计算机和自动化等理科专业优先。

-  1-2年的销售助理工作经验。优秀应届生也可考虑。

- 熟悉各类办公软件。

- 良好的沟通协调能力。

 

- 擅于团队合作。
