Call Center Representative - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

- Take care of hotline incoming service calls professionally from customers covered Mainland, Hongkong , Taiwan , India , Singapore , and America . 
- Provide phone support answer professionally to solve basic problems related security system.
- Coordinate local CS staff to provide on-site support via email and phone notices for on-site service requirements, and assure all service requirement are distributed and assigned on time. 
- Record all service requirements in Netsutie system in time, and make sure all information recorded accuracy. 
- Perform basic operation to support client to manage their security management system, such as proximity cards add/cancel, badge cards printing etc. 
- Assure call center available to be reached at all times (24X7 hours) and working in high efficiency, and guarantee client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred. 
- Good communication and coordination, a good team player with strong responsibility.
- Have a passion for customer service, and be able to work on high stress situations to deliver high quality and effective service to our client in need. 
- Excellent listening, oral, reading and written skills in English, communicate with foreign customers expertly. 
- Work experience in call center preferred.  
- Work experience or knowledge involving in Electronic, Computer, Automatization can be an advantage.  - Able to do day and night shifts.
