Sales Assistant - Shenzhen

- High level supportto sales team.
- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
- Assist in preparing proposals.
- Manage and maintain Netsuite system, and relevant sales database.
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing Department about Payment and Product issues.
- Translate documents when necessary.
- Conduct company or product research.
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share.
- Increase exposure through sales channels.
- Maintain the updated technical product information and market trends.
- Learn the standard products and systems, modern security concepts and products available in the world market.
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison when necessary.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation, etc.
- 1-2 years work experience as sales assistant.
- AutoCAD diagram drawing.
- Experience of managing and maintain ERPand database preferred.
- Familiar with Network, word, office, PPT, etc.
- Security technical knowledge background is advantage.
- Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good English reading and writing are essential and a good level of oral English is a plus.
- Good Coordinating ability.
- Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
