Sales Assistant - Shenzhen

Main Responsibilities:

- High level supportto sales team.
- Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
- Assist in preparing proposals.
- Manage and maintain Netsuite system, and relevant sales database.

Customer Service Representative - Bangalore

Major responsibilities:

- Total client satisfaction.
- Coordination of all customer service issues within ICD branch office.
- Monitoring the quality of ICD's services in your branch office.
- Generate customer service revenue to achieve customer service sales targets.

Assistant to COO - Beijing

Main Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of administrative details. Review ongoing activities with the COO to assure appropriate understanding of the objectives and priorities.
- Act as liaison between COO and other managers and staff within the company to assure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day operations.
- Receive, review, and screen incoming mail, e-mail, voice mail, faxes, attaching background material as appropriate; refer to appropriate individuals for handling and/or information; take action personally whenever possible.
- Compose and draft letters or memoranda or agendas or meeting minutes as appropriate. Edit as appropriate and assure accuracy of grammar and detail. Chinese / English translation where required.
- Maintain COO's calendar; make appointments and arrange meetings on a regular or unscheduled basis; prepare appropriate notice; gather and prepare pertinent background material; research; tracks matters requiring follow-up, etc..
- Manage time; help the COO to be more productive and effective in his role and achieve objectives.
- Make travel and hotel reservations, including international travel; arranges visas, prepares itineraries, meetings, etc.
- Contacts personnel at all levels for information-gathering purposes. External contacts with officials or other executives in various sectors. Share information as needed with staff and management team.
- Perform research and analyses on market and business issues as required from time to time.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of designated employees reviewing completed work for adherence to instructions and for correctness.
- Organize and safe keeping of documents and files.
- Preparation of presentations according to need.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree, 1-2 years working experience.
- Excellent English writing skills and good spoken English. A thorough knowledge of business English, including spelling and punctuation.
- Detailed oriented, multi-taker; Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent judgment, tact, complete discretion, and ability to work under stress and cope with changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Senior System Engineer - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for system designs, project diagrams drawing (system diagram, position
  diagram, conduit diagram, wiring diagram etc) before the project implementation.
- Check Key Account Managers'quotation and other documentation for technical accuracy.
- Assist Customer Service team with any technical problem. 
- Assist in system programming, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting before project 
  implementation.
- Support in new product testing and assist other engineers in completing system
  commissioning.
- Communicate with Key Account Manager all requirements collected from the visits to
  client sites. Take the role of Key Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
  when necessary.
- Summarize the product problems in the projects and provide solutions/suggestions each
  month to the Senior System Engineer Council.
- Research and recommend the proper products for clients’ needs. Share the results with
  the Senior System Engineer Council monthly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical
  Engineering.
- Min 5 years related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic
  project implementation & commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database. 
- Familiar with access control, CCTV and Alarm system products & system is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus. 
- Experience with Lenel or GE systems is a clear advantage. 
- Good communication and coordination skills. 
- Client service oriented. 
- Quick learning ability. 
- With Official certification in Chinese government PMP or Engineering is preferred. 
- Good English (oral and written).

Call Center Representative - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

- Take care of hotline incoming service calls professionally from customers covered Mainland, Hongkong , Taiwan , India , Singapore , and America . 
- Provide phone support answer professionally to solve basic problems related security system.
- Coordinate local CS staff to provide on-site support via email and phone notices for on-site service requirements, and assure all service requirement are distributed and assigned on time. 
- Record all service requirements in Netsutie system in time, and make sure all information recorded accuracy. 
- Perform basic operation to support client to manage their security management system, such as proximity cards add/cancel, badge cards printing etc. 
- Assure call center available to be reached at all times (24X7 hours) and working in high efficiency, and guarantee client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, English major preferred. 
- Good communication and coordination, a good team player with strong responsibility.
- Have a passion for customer service, and be able to work on high stress situations to deliver high quality and effective service to our client in need. 
- Excellent listening, oral, reading and written skills in English, communicate with foreign customers expertly. 
- Work experience in call center preferred.
